Detroit, MI (October 17, 2013)— On Wednesday, October 16, Dr. Shauna Diggs, MD, PC celebrated the opening of her all-new CosmedicDerm offices located in suite 215 at 17000 Kercheval in Grosse Pointe. Scheduled from 4:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., the event turned out nearly 200 attendees including patients, friends of the practice and local notables. A formal ribbon cutting took place just before 5 p.m. with the help of Grosse Pointe Chamber of Commerce president & executive director, Jennifer Palms Boettcher and John Stempfle, member of Grosse Pointe City Council. The evening was designed to showcase the new state-of-the art facility, its technological advancements in laser dermatology and skin care along with its in-house line of skin care products, CosmedicDerm Professional Skin Care. In honor of the grand opening, Dr. Diggs donated 15% of all CosmedicDerm Professional Skin Care product sales to the Rhonda Walker Foundation. Product sales for the evening garnered a more than $400 donation, which Dr. Diggs matched with an additional $1,000 for a total contribution of $1,425
